As a brand strategist with corporate and agency experience in change processes, I was repeatedly struck by the untapped potential for success in companies. The uncertainty of breaking new ground usually outweighed the objective perception of the possibilities that already existed. There are many development ideas and optimization approaches among employees and customers. These often go unheard or are dismissed or not pursued further. You are too busy in your own everyday work. Sometimes emotionally driven. Ultimately, cultural change means nothing more than talking to each other. And we all do that every day.
